Fő tevékenysége az innovációs folyamatok menedzsmentje, innovatív tréninganyagok és methodologiák fejlesztése valamint ezek alapján tréningek szervezése. A tréninganyagok fejlesztésénél nagymértékben támaszkodik európa uniós és nemzeti RTD eredményekre. Ennek érdekében a projektek magyar résztvevőjével kötött megállapodás alapján felhasználja pl. a BEEP (Best eEurope Practices) work and skills, digital SMEs domain-jeinek, PRISMA (Providing Innovative Service Models and Assessment) CE-NET(Concurrent/virtual Enterprising Network of Excellence), TNEE (Thematic Network on Extended Enterprises) projektek eredményeit.
A tananyagok fejlesztésénél az EU Socrates és Leonardo pilot projektekben vesz rész.
Részt vett a magyar Kockázati Tőke Portál és a Szállítási Portál kifejlesztésében. Vezető munkatársainak igen nagy gyakorlata van nemzeti és európai uniós (pl. IKTA, Phare, Leonardo) projektek szervezésében és koordinálásában is. Számos technológia transzfer végrehajtását is irányították. A NET-MEX Ltd tevékenységére a kreativitás és a multidiszciplináris megközelítés is jellemző.
